Who we are

We are a collective of designers from the American Institute of Floral Designers, united by a shared passion for bringing nature’s beauty to life. Under the visionary guidance of Caroline Crabb AIFD MDPF and Jo Jarvis AIFD, we have created Grow Deep, Live Tall, an immersive experience for the 2026 Philadelphia Flower Show. Inspired by this year’s theme, Rooted, our exhibit celebrates the quiet strength, resilience, and elegance that emerge from a deep connection to the earth.

We are rooted to the earth through our connections—to the natural world, and to the people who shape our lives. Grow Deep, Live Tall is a reflection of this truth: we are composed of countless layers, woven together like intertwining roots that ground us and lift us upward. Through shifting perspectives, the design reveals connection as both grounding and unifying—an invisible force that is felt as much as it is seen.
